Role: Frontend Developer – React JS
Location: Mumbai — Onsite
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for the FlexiP2P platform using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for the P2P lending ecosystem.
- Implement responsive and visually appealing UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material-UI.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers to ensure seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development, particularly within the fintech and P2P lending domain.
Key Skills Requirement – Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in React.js with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining React-based applications.
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material-UI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fintech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills Requirement – Good to Have
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) for handling dynamic fintech applications.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end financial services.
- Knowledge of build tools and module bundlers like Webpack and Babel.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) for efficient code collaboration.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for scalable applications.
