Role: Area Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai – Onsite
Qualification: MBA-Finance / MBA-Marketing or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years
Product Exposure: P2P Lending / Wealth Management / Alternative Investments

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition for P2P lending and investment products.
  • Establish and expand distribution networks, including channel partners, investment advisors, and fintech aggregators.
  • Prepare and implement a Channel Development Plan with due diligence mechanisms for onboarding and monitoring partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, retail investors, and institutional partners to increase investments in FlexiP2P.
  • Ensure revenue growth through portfolio expansion, investor onboarding, and borrower acquisition.
  • Manage cost of acquisition, AUM growth, and cross-sell revenue while maintaining profitability.
  • Drive hiring, training, and retention strategies for the sales team to minimize attrition.
  • Regularly monitor performance metrics, sales reports, and customer engagement analytics to optimize sales strategy.
  • Ensure high discipline, compliance, and integrity within the sales teams to maintain credibility in the P2P lending space.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, fintech trends, and competitive landscapes in digital lending and alternative investments.

Key Skills Requirement – Must Have

  • In-depth understanding of P2P lending, digital investment platforms, and wealth management products.
  • Strong knowledge of fintech sales, alternate investments, and financial services distribution networks.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage investor relationships, and scale sales operations.
  • Proficiency in business development, client acquisition, and sales negotiation.
  • Experience in managing a high-performing sales team in fintech, NBFC, or digital lending ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Skills Requirement – Good to Have

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and online investor acquisition techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to track key sales KPIs and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing high-value HNI and institutional investors
