Qualification: CA / MBA-Finance or equivalent
Experience: 4+ years / 2+ years
Product Exposure: P2P Lending / Digital Lending / MSME Loans / Unsecured Loans

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for FlexiP2P to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Define and track key social media KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Create and manage corporate pages on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop compelling and engaging content strategies, including graphics, videos, blogs, and infographics tailored to the P2P lending audience.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns for lead generation, investor engagement, and borrower acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, HubSpot, Canva, and automation tools for post scheduling and campaign management.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance to ensure content optimization and organic reach.
  • Manage and enhance chatbot interactions for customer inquiries and lead generation.
  • Oversee engagement with influencers, financial bloggers, and content creators to amplify brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in fintech, P2P lending, and digital marketing best practices.

Key Skills Requirement – Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO, web traffic analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with content creation, audience research, and buyer persona development.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and best practices for financial services marketing.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.

Key Skills Requirement – Good to Have

  • Familiarity with social listening tools and sentiment analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and lead generation campaigns.
  • Understanding of fintech audience behavior and investor engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and branding guidelines.
