- All our dealings with customers will be open, fair, ethical and in a language as understood by the customers.
- We will treat all our customers with respect.
- We shall display and explain to our customers in a clear & understandable manner:
- All the features, benefits, terms and conditions of our services.
- Pricing of our services including all fees and other charges.
- Interest rates on an annualized percentage basis(APR).
- All documents required to be submitted at the time of registration on our platform.
- Acknowledgement of receipt of request and manner of further processing.
- We will make our best efforts to ensure that the loans disbursed through our platform are within the borrower’s capacity to repay and
avoid borrower over-indebtedness. - We will provide customers with a grievance redressal system to register their complaints and resolve it in a timely & fair manner.
- We will not follow coercive collection practices.
- Refrain from collecting from customers at odd hours and during bereavement or sickness.
- Avoid rude and aggressive behavior.
- Provide valid acknowledgement or receipt for all payments received.
- We will respect our customer’s privacy and will treat customer information as private and confidential.
- We will ensure that changes in interest rates/ charges are in effect only for future loans. Changes in rates/ charges will not affect existing loans.
- We will comply with guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
